David Lynn Rich

Mr. David Lynn Rich was born April 17, 1953 in Waynesboro, TN the son of Robert Joe and Mary Nell Gibbs Rich. Mr. Rich was a Electrician, a member of the IBEW Local 558, a member of the Wayne Furnace Church of Christ and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Rich departed this life on April 11, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 68 Years, 11 Months, 25 Days.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Nena Rich of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Canetha Frost and husband Jeremiah of Decatur, AL; two step-daughters, Marissa Jones and Crystal Steele both of Waynesboro, TN; a sister, Barbara Staggs and husband Gary of Waynesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Triston Smith and Landon Frost both of Decatur, AL; five step-grandchildren, Ashlyn Jones, Dalton Jones, Joshua Jones, Logan Jones and Jerica Ray all of Waynesboro, TN; Mr. Rich is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by a daughter, April Dawn Rich.

Visitation will be held on Thursday April 14, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Friday April 15, 2022 from 8:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM all at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro.

Services will be held on April 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro with Cary Crews and Rex Bevis officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors Assisting
