David M. Grantham, 58, of Hornsby, died Monday, November 27, 2006 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born January 30, 1948 in Chester County, son of the late James Presley Grantham and Edna Irene Stone Grantham and lived here most of his life. Mr. Grantham enjoyed horses, had a cattle farm and was a member of New Union Baptist Church at Medon.
Services were 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Dennis McMahan officiating. Burial was in Estes church of Christ Cemetery near Henderson.
Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Nancy and Chris Boudinet of Germantown and Pennie and Eddy Parker of Arlington, TX; two brothers, Wilson Grantham of Joliet, IL and Larry Grantham of Bolivar; four grandchildren, Jeremy and Eric Boudinet and Lauren and Allison Parker; eight nephews and twelve nieces. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
