David Andrew Dellinger, ate 76 of Bolivar, passed away Sunday, August 17 at West Tennessee Transitional Care in Jackson
He was born April 26, 1932 to Andrew and Ollie Vaughan Dellinger in Hardeman Couty. He worked as a truck driver for Meadows Motor Line. He also owned a service station, worked for Big Buck Resort, was a courier for Merchants and Planters Bank and worked in transport for Nelms Chevrolet. He was a member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Debra Sutton of New Castle, DE; two sons, Chuck Dellinger of Bolivar and Mike Dellinger of Selmer; his girlfriend, Linda Kennamore of Middleton; one sister, Christine Hines and her husband Marvin of Pine Dale, CA; and his children’s mother Cora Mae Sutton of Bolivar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Hazel Pruitt and Mazell Pillow.
