David (Nub) Creasy

David (Nub) Creasy was born on November 8, 1965 in Hardin County, TN, the son of the late Billy and McNeva Ponds Creasy. On August 19, 1985, he was united in marriage to Cathy Lynn Pinson, who survives.
David had worked as a painter for Monotec and had lived in Hardin County for most of his life and was of the Baptist belief. He enjoyed painting, mowing, studying different things in the outdoors, and especially playing with his grandchildren.
He departed this life at his residence on Friday August 23, 2013 at the age of 47 years, 9 months, and 15 days.
In addition to his wife Cathy, David is survived by a son, David Talon Creasy of Savannah, Tennesse; 2 daughters, Samantha Jean Meek and Jessica Lynn Lard, both of Adamsville, TN; 4 sisters: Kathy Smith of Saltillo, TN, Debbie Brown of Sardis, TN, Denise King of Bath Springs, TN, Lisa Wilkerson of Savannah, TN; a brother, Denny Richardson of Lexington, TN, and 4 grandchildren: Macy Meek, Alaina Meek, Jayden Lard, and Zoey Creasy.
In addition to his parents, David was also preceded in death by one sister, Donna Ponds.
