David Micah Brantley of Waynesboro departed this life on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 52 Years, 7 Months, 20 Days. He was born July 11, 1963 in Ukiah, California the son of Sandra Goodman Payne.
He was united in marriage to Daysha Griggs on February 23, 1992.
Micah was a field engieneer with Fiber Optics. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife Daysha Griggs Brantley, sons, David Micah Brantley II , Caleb Shawn Brantley, Daniel Lewis Brantley, mother, Sandra Payne all of Waynesboro, TN, sisters, Shonda Holt of Huntsville, AL, and Bandi Skaggs of Waynesboro, TN, nieces McKenzie Holt and Marigrace Holt , nephew, Jon-Nathan Holt.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Cal Hampton officiating. At his request his body was cremated.
Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, March 6th, 1:30 pm until service time at the funeral home.
