Darleen Allen



was born on July 8, 1959 in Booneville, Mississippi the daughter of Nellie Inez Swader Allen and the late Clarence Albert Allen.



Ms. Allen worked as a cook at the Riverside Restaurant in Clifton, Tennessee. She had lived in Tishomingo, Mississippi for 16 years and had lived in Hardin County since 1979. Ms. Allen was a member of the Church on the Rock.



She departed this life on August 24, 2006 at her residence in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 47 years, 1 month and 16 days.



Ms. Allen is survived by her husband, Brian Durbin of Savannah, Tennessee;

3 daughters: Crystal Inez Allen, Mary Elizabeth Hayes and her husband, John,

and Sarah Melissa Durbin, all of Savannah; one son, Brian Edward Durbin of Savannah;

her mother, Nellie Inez Allen of Savannah; and two brothers: Timithy Allen and Stevie Allen, both of Savannah, Tennessee.



In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Albert Allen; a sister, Rebecca Hunt; her maternal grandparents, Sarah and John Swader and her paternal grandparents, Mae Bostic and John Allen.
