Danny T. Thompson

Funeral services for Danny Travis Thompson, Sr., age 57 of Collinwood, TN will be One p.m. Friday, January 5, 2007 at Shackelford Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Sammy Franks officiating. Interment will be in Butler Grove Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge.



Mr. Thompson, a native of Wayne County, died Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro. He is the son of Mary Haithcoat Thompson of Collinwood and the late Charles Leon Thompson, Sr. He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Thompson. Mr. Thompson was a security guard at CCA and a member of First Baptist Church in Collinwood.



Survivors other than his mother are sons, Danny Travis Thompson, Jr. of Salem, MO, Timmothy Martin Thompson, Sr. and Joseph Leon Thompson both of Gray Summit, MO; daughter, Karen Howell of Arlington, VA



Grandchildren, Allanah, Audrey, Brock, Caleb, Timmothy Jr., Tiffany, Jai, Colton, Kenny, and Gauge
