Danny Earl Mitchell

Danny Earl Mitchell departed this life on May 26, 2015 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 63 years, 11 months, and 15 days. He was born in Hardin County on June 11, 1951, son to the late Brown and Margaret Franks Mitchell.

He was united in marriage to Ginger Ann Bain Mitchell on July 26, 1997. She preceded him in death on May 24, 2015.

Danny was a self-employed carpenter and had also worked for the Brown Shoe Company. He loved woodworking, making jewelry, and sitting outside and enjoying the outdoors.

Mr. Mitchell is survived by his sons, Steven Mitchell and his wife Beth, Michael Mitchell, and John Mitchell and his wife, Amy, all of Savannah, Tennessee; stepson, Jonathan Ferrell and his wife, Amanda, of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Janice Lambert and Pam Thompson, both of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, William Mitchell of Henderson, Tennessee; grandchild, Joseph Mitchell; and step-grandchildren, Bailey and Eli Ferrell.

In addition to his wife and parents, Danny is preceded in death by his son, Glenn Mitchell.
