Daniel Faye Nichols

DANIEL FAYE NICHOLS, SR.

was born in Savannah, Tennessee on October 27, 1941 the son of the late Jim Dan and Helen Marie Porter Nichols.

On January 30, 1965 he was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Dillihunt, who survives.

He retired from DeBerry's Roofing Company. Daniel was loved by many and was a very special man.

He departed this life on July 2, 2018 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 76 years, 8 months and 5 days.

Mr. Nichols is survived by his wife, Barbara of 53 years; his children, Irish Williams, Sonya Nichols, Drue Nichols, Daniel Faye Nichols, Jr. and Anthony Dixon, all of Savannah, Tennessee; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and one brother, Clyde Nichols of Gary, Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Nichols, two sisters, Peggy Carpenter and Ethel Willis and one great grandchild, Amaya Nichols.
