Crystal Ashley Steele

Crystal Steele was born on June 15, 1982 in Selmer, Tennessee, the daughter of Nena Dedrick Rich and the late Scott Steele. Crystal was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton, Tennessee. In her spare time, she enjoyed going fishing and spending time with her family. Crystal Steele departed this life on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the age of 40 years, 7 months, and 4 days. She is survived by her daughter, Jerica Ray; mother, Nena Rich; brothers, Brandon Dicus (Ashley), Erin Steele, and James Seltzer; nieces and nephews, Ashlyn Steele Jones, Dalton Jones, Josh Jones, Logan Jones, Aiden Dicus, Devin Dicus, and Caylan Dicus.

In addition to her father, Crystal was preceded in death by her sister, Marisa Jones, and stepfather, David Rich.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Clifton Cemetery in Clifton, TN with Gary Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Clifton Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
