Courtney Anderson
was born in Savannah, Tennessee on April 3, 1994 the daughter of Timothy Austin Anderson and Regina Hope Weeks Anderson.
Courtney liked texting on her phone, working as a Car-Hop at Sonic, talking to friends on Facebook and My Space. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and enjoyed going on trips with the youth group. Courtney was a Junior at Hardin County High School and loved spending time with her friends.
Courtney departed this life on Friday, September 17, 2010 at the age of 16 years, 5 months, 14 days.
In addition to her parents, Courtney is survived by a brother, Christopher Blake Anderson of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 sisters, Cecilee Brooke Anderson and Laura Kathryn Anderson both of Savannah, Tennessee; grandparents, Mary Inez Weeks-Yarbrough and husband Joe of Savannah, Tennessee and Kathryn Anderson of Clifton, Tennessee; a special daddy, John W. Carter of Savannah, Tennessee; aunts and uncles, Billy V. Weeks, Jr., Rosemary Adams, Lynn Anderson, Jeff Anderson and Dana Pevahouse; a special cousin, Dillon Weeks.
Courtney was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Billy V. Weeks, Sr. and Rufus Anderson; great-grandparents, Richard and Etta Anderson, Barney and Edith Hill, Hubert and Estell Alexander, Charlie and Sellie Weeks.
