Corinne Baugus

Corinne Bauguswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 13, 1922 the daughter of the late James Harvey and Gladys Gibbs Austin.On December 25, 1938 she was united in marriage to Joe Baugus, he preceded her in death on February 23, 1974.Mrs. Baugus was a life long Hardin Countian and had worked for Savannah Manufacturing as a Presser before retiring. She enjoyed flowers, buying cherry furniture, and loved her home and family. She attended the Savannah Church of Christ.Mrs. Baugus departed this life on December 8, 2010 at the age of 88 years, 6 months, 25 days.Mrs. Baugus is survived by 2 sisters, Frankie Baugus and Grace Pickens and husband Hassell all of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 nieces and 4 nephews; a host of friends.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy Smith and Ruth Copeland; a brother, Herman Austin.
