He departed this life on January 11, 2008 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days.
Mr. Finley is survived by his wife Mavis Marie Finley of Adamsville, TN; two daughters, Carlene McCollum and husband Tommy of Adamsville, TN and Jennifer Briley and husband Delbert of Cordova, TN; two step-daughters, Margaret Johns of Toone, TN and Sherry Castile of Adamsville, TN; three sons, David Finley and wife Rhonda of Huron, TN, Bryan Finley of Fairbanks, AK and Mark Finley and wife Rae of Adamsville, TN; two step-sons, Billy Braden Jr. of Royse City, TX and Barry Finley of Adamsville, TN; five brothers, Michael Finley of Selmer, TN, Larry Finley of Savannah, TN, Edwin, James and Jerry Finley all three of Adamsville, TN; 13 Grandchildren, 15 Step Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 8 Step Great Grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Finley was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann (Yarbrough) Finley; four sisters, Imogene Smothers, Faye Crouse, Arlene Harris and Ruby Weeks and two brothers, Eugene and J. C. Finley.
He was united in marriage to Mavis Marie Stone on April 6, 1996.
