Clyde Edward Turnbow

Clyde Turnbowwas born in Wayne County, Tennessee on July 20, 1927 the son of the late Hugh and Ada DePriest Turnbow.On November 11, 1956 he was united in marriage to the former Martha Ann Ethridge, who survives. Mr. Turnbow worked as a convenience center technician with the Hardin County Solid Waste Department. During his life, Mr. Turnbow attended Shady Grove Church and Hinkle Baptist Church.He departed this life on June 5, 2007 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 16 days.Mr. Turnbow is survived by his wife, Martha Ethridge Turnbow of Saltillo, Tennessee; two daughters: Teresa Ann Turnbow Barnett and her husband, Don, of Byhalia, Mississippi and Brenda Turnbow Austin and her husband, Mark, of Decaturville, Tennessee; one son, Jeffrey Turnbow and his wife, Felecia, of Russellville, Arkansas;four grandchildren: Chelsea, Star, Altan and Toria;one sister: Ruby Sallis of Sardis, Tennessee;and three brothers: Roscoe Turnbow and his wife, Virginia, of Saltillo, Tennessee, Leland Turnbow and his wife, Mary Lynn, of Sardis, Tennessee, and Homer Turnbow and his wife, Louise of Savannah, Tennessee. In addition to his parents, Mr. Turnbow was preceded in death by three sisters, Altie Cohen, Lillian McGlaughlin, Nellie Barber and two brothers, Richard Turnbow and Harl Turnbow.
