Clara Nell Johnson

Clara Nell Repp Johnson of Waynesboro, TN was born September 13, 1924 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Orville T. and Lula Smith Repp. She was united in marriage to William Lewyel Johnson on August 13, 1943 and he preceded her in death on October 4, 2011.

Mrs. Johnson was a retired Interior Decorator and She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Mrs. Johnson departed this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN at the age of 89 Years, 19 Days.

She is survived by a son, John David Johnson of Atlanta, GA; a grandchild, Carrie Addington Johnson of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Hazel Melson of Waynesboro, TN; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Lewyel Johnson; a brother, Buck Repp; three sisters, Inez Brewer, Ruby Logan, Lois Butler.

At her request, her Mrs. Johnson will be cremated and her remains will be buried in McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, assisting the family.
