Services for Clara Jones Floyd, age 58, of Waynesboro, TN will be Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 11:00 am at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro, with Jerry and Ann Scott speaking. Burial will be in Shield’s Cemetery, Waynesboro, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
She died at her home on Monday, May 15, 2006 after an extended illness.
Mrs. Floyd, a native of Waynesboro, TN, was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church, Waynesboro. She was a daughter of the late Cornelius Eugene Jones and a sister of the late Charlie and Joyce Jones.
Survivors, sons, Rob Floyd and wife, Christi, Greg Floyd, and Brandon Floyd, grandchildren, Camden, Landon, and Henley Floyd, her mother, Mary Marie West Jones, sisters, Margie Maples, Betty Melson, Margaret Jones, Debbie Lineberry, brothers, Roy, Irvin, Robert, Randall, Jackie, Jerry and Brent Jones all of Waynesboro, TN and James Frank Jones, Lawrenceburg, TN, several nieces and nephews.
