Chrystell Williams departed this life on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the age of 89 years, 2 months, 7 days.Mrs. Williams was born in Lutts, Tennessee to the late Washington LaFayette and Mabel Etta Abrams Parker. In 1939 she was united in marriage to Clarence Granville Williams who preceded her in death in 1990. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Savannah church of Christ. She was a homemaker who loved sewing, needlepoint, cooking, gardening, flowers, and working in her yard. She won Yard of the Month numerous times. She also loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren.Mrs. Williams is survived by two daughters, Jean Hissong of Memphis, Tennessee and Jane Riddell of Savannah, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Paul Riddell and Grant Williams; and five great grandchildren, David Paul Riddell, Vivian Riddell, Emma Riddell, Sophie Williams and Parker Williams; and a sister, Bettye Beckham of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by a son Danny Williams; a grandson, John Riddell; four sisters, Gail Franks, Maxine Lee, Vernice Conner and Estoyle Bevis; and three brothers, Lloyd Parker, Ottie Parker, and Jimmy Parker.
