Christopher Shann Harper

Christopher Shann Harper was born July 22, 1963 in Linden, Tennessee, the son of Dewey Glenn and Virginia Aldridge Harper of Waynesboro, TN, who survive.
Mr. Harper was a masonary worker and a disabled American veteran and was raised in Green River Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army and the Tennessee Army National Guard having served a ten month tour during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Mr. Harper departed this life on Friday, June 25, 2010 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 46 Years, 11 Months, 3 Days.
Other than his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Haley Lynn Harper and Ashley Renae Harper; three brothers, Jeffery Lynn Harper, Vincent Clark Harper, and John Winston Harper all of Waynesboro, TN; nephews, Mark David Harper and Nathaniel Joseph Harper; nieces, Jennifer Ellen Harper and Sandy Ann Green; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Casey Jones, Cary Crews, and Mark Harper officiating. Burial with military rites will be in North Highland Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Pallbearers will be Dan White, John Lynch, Billy Love, James Dallas Risner, Myron Mayberry, Hal Clark. Honorary pallbearers will be Lynn Warren, Brent Lewis, Jackie Vandygriffe.
