Christine Lambert was born March 19, 1938 in Selmer, TN the daughter of the late Victor and Pearl Moore Dickerson. Mrs. Lambert departed this life on October 4, 2016 in her home at the age of 78 Years, 6 Months, 15 Days. She was united in marriage to Jack Lambert on October 31, 1953.
Christine was a member of First Baptist Church of Bethel Springs. She was bookkeeper for the family business and a devoted housewife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She enjoyed painting, antiquing for glassware, and helping to raise her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 63 years, Jack Lambert of Selmer; three sons, Jeff Lambert and wife Beverly of Selmer, Mike Lambert and wife Regina of Selmer, and Greg Lambert and wife Debbi of Bethel Springs, TN; seven grandchildren, Jennie Cox and husband Adam, Brent Lambert, Autumn Lambert, Amy Kiestler and husband Jesse, Adina Breedlove and husband Clark, Whitney Butler and husband Ben, Zach Lambert; seven great grandchildren, Sidney Cox, Libby Cox, Maegan McDaniel, Ethan Breedlove, Elaina Breedlove, Annie Butler, Mary Lou Butler; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lambert was preceded in death by a son, Tim Lambert; a sister, Anniece Rickman; a brother, Alton Dickerson.
