CHRIS (PORK CHOP) GATTIS
was born in Savannah, Tennessee on December 31, 1972 the son of Charles Gattis and the late Loudean Tidwell Gattis.
Chris worked for 9 years as a truck driver for Bear Trucking Company. He also sold cars with Ronnie Smith Chevrolet, Brose Autoplex, Jones Ford and Blackman Chevrolet. Chris loved horses and anything with an engine. He was also known for his excellent cooking. Chris was raised in Crump Pentecostal Church.
He departed this life on September 14, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 40 years, 8 months and 14 days.
In addition to his father, Charles Gattis of Crump, Tennessee, he is survived by his son, Dylan Gattis of Adamsville, Tennessee
one brother, Gary Gattis of Savannah, Tennessee
and his girlfriend, Pam Kelly of the Walnut Grove Community
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Jeff Gattis.
