He is survived by his children, Chester Alley, Jr. of Adamsville, Tennessee and James Cole Younger Alley of Lexington, Tennessee; and his parents, Jerry Wayne Alley of Adamsville, Tennessee and Wanda Marie Dickey of Frostproof, Florida.
