Charlie W. Thompson, age 87, of Akron, Ohio formerly of Collinwood,TN died on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007 at his residence. Charlie was born on September 20, 1919 in Iron City, TN to the late Lewis and Laura Thompson. He was preceded in death by his twin daughteres; Barbara and Dorothy and great granddaughter; Peyton Sierra. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years Marjorie C. Thompson ; sons; Jasper (Brenda) Thompson of Lawrenceburg, Ind:; Charles (JoAnn) Thompson of Florence, Ala.; daughters; Paulette Arbuthnot of N. Lauderdale, Florida; Joyce Elaine (Dan) Deale of Springfield, MO; Glenda (John) Sugg of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; Sue (Todd) Shimp of Akron, Ohio; 19 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters; Pearl (Clarence) Borden; Reba Chaney and Marie McBreyer; brother; Raymond (Birdie)Thompson
