Charlie Garrard
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on March 22, 1981 the son of Bradley Crotts and Paulette Garrard Harris both of Savannah, Tennessee.
On April 17, 2004 he was united in marriage to Mary Leighann Norman of Savannah, Tennessee, who survives.
Mr. Garrard had lived in Hardin County all his life and had worked for C&C Mechanical Contractors in Jackson, Tennessee, Harbin Heating & Air of Counce, Tennessee, and Ronnie Blanton Saw Service of Stantonville, Tennessee. He enjoyed riding in the bottoms with his dog Clyde and loved The Dukes of Hazzard. He was an awesome person.
Mr. Garrard departed this life on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at the age of 27 years, 4 months.
In addition to his wife, Leighann and his parents, Mr. Garrard is survived by his stepfather: Ronald Harris of Savannah, Tennessee; one brother: Jimmy Schumacher of Clarksville, Tennessee; one sister: Kristina Delan Branum of Hardin County, Tennessee; three half sisters: Leslie Crotts, Porsia Simmons, and Jacklyn Crotts all of Savannah, Tennessee; a stepsister: Megan Harris of Michie, Tennessee; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Billy and Marilyn Norman; brothers-in-law: Cody Deshazier and Brandon Norman; best friends: Jeremy Mancell, Scotty McClain, Clyde Snodgrass, and Jody Snodgrass.
Mr. Garrard was preceded in death by his grandmother: Faye Garrard; grandfather: Charles D. Garrard; an uncle: Ricky Garrard.
