Charlie Austin Fish, 77, of Memphis, died Sunday, April 1, 2007 in Crawfordsville, Arkansas.
The husband of Debbie Richerson Fish, who survives, he was a chemical operator with DuPont for 28 years. Mr. Fish was born June 11, 1929 in Toone, son of the late John Hardeman Fish and Nora Maude Donaldson Fish and lived here most of his life. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean conflict and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church (formerly Ardmore Baptist) in Memphis. His family stated that he was a “handyman†who enjoyed woodworking and that he dearly loved his family.
In addition to his wife, survivors include one daughter, Sharrie Fish Kobeska of Plano, TX; two sons, Gary and Tim Fish, both of Bartlett; one sister, Iona Marbry of Como, MS, one brother, Ben Fish of Farmerville, LA and six grandchildren, Amy, Ashley, Sara, Caleb, Chase and Cole.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Patty Jo Fish, who died September 28, 1985, two brothers, Vernon and Gene, a sister, Pauline, twins and an infant sibling.
