Charlie E. 'Chuck' Crouse

January 21, 1933 — September 17, 2007

He was born and reared in the Phillip’s school house community of Chester County, the son of the late Jacob Green and Myrtie Magnolia Weaver Crouse. He attended Phillip’s school and entered the U.S. Air Force at age 18 and was stationed in Spokane Washington and Anchorage Alaska. He spent most of his working life in the Chicago area in the Restaurant Business. He was married to Brenda Knipper in 1970. They owned and operated the Skylard Restaurant from 1987 to 1991. Chuck had been disabled since 1991. He was a former member of the VFW and he loved to play golf. He was also a member of the Old Path Baptist Church at Cabo.



He is survived by his wife Brenda Crouse and one son Eric Crouse (wife Teresa)of Enville and one daughter Pam Crews (husband John) of Luray, one step daughter Rita Brody ( husband John) of Bartlett. Two brothers James Crouse of Rockford, IL and Jacob Crouse, Jr. of Batesville, MS and one sister Anna Lee Gibson of Memphis and one half sister Lela Vinson of Milan and three grandchildren.
