Charles Robert Morris, Sr.

He was born in Chester County, the son of the late Carl and Junelle Lott Morris. He was married to Ailene Haney in 1965. He worked most of his life as a painter. He worked at Conalco for a number of years and had been employed in the maintenance department at Lambuth University in Jackson for the past ten years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bemis.



He is survived by his wife, Ailene Haney Morris of Jackson; a daughter, Monica Goodman and her husband Andy of Medon and a son, Charles "Chuck" Robert Morris, Jr. of Jackson; and three grandchildren, Charles Samuel Morris, Robert Andrew Goodman and Maxwell James Morris.
