Danny McMeans

Danny McMeans was born on October 6, 1947 in Iuka, Mississippi, the son of the late Wes and Marie Stutts McMeans.

On June 10, 1966, he was united in marriage to Carolyn Coffman, who survives.

Danny worked as a truck driver for Randy Parrish and loved to drive big trucks. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved to spend time with his family and play with his great grandson, Kiran. Danny was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church in Counce, Tennessee.

Danny McMeans departed this life on April 9, 2025 in Counce, Tennessee, at the age of 77 years, 6 months, and 3 days.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carolyn McMeans of Counce, Tennessee; sons, Darren McMeans and Tracy McMeans, both of Counce, Tennessee; brother, Donnie McMeans and his wife Debbie of Iuka, Mississippi; granddaughter, who Danny thought of as a daughter, Jacey McMeans of Counce, Tennessee; and great grandson, Kiran McMeans of Counce, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry McMeans.
