CECIL MARTIN PRICE
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 10, 1938 the son of the late Martin and Ida Mae Price.
On June 29, 1957 he was united in marriage to the former Ola Mae Ayers, who survives.
Mr. Price retired from Wise Company after 17 years and was a farmer for many years. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Mr. Price enjoyed gardening and carpentry.
He departed this life on July 20, 2008 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 70 years, 2 months and 10 days.
Other than his wife, Ola Mae of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by 4 daughters, Kathy Kay Frazier and her husband Aaron of Savannah, Tennessee, Shelia Fay Franks and her husband Terry of Adamsville, Tennessee, Sharon Gay Geans and her husband Sonny of Savannah, Tennessee and Sonia Gail Price of Savannah, Tennessee.
2 sons, Rickey Lynn Price of Savannah, Tennessee and Garry Randy Price and his wife Margie of Savannah, Tennessee
7 grandchildren, Chad Bray, Chasity Franks, Shelena Brasher, Ashley Garrard, Brittney Price, Cristal Price and Jackson Price
4 great-grandchildren, Kristen Brasher, Clayton Brasher, James Franks and Adam Franks
one sister, Carrie Mae Pipes of Savannah, Tennessee
Mr. Price was also preceded in death by one son, Raymond C. Price.
