Cecil Waldo Garner

The son of the late Arlis Henry and Lettie Rankin Garner. He was a U.S. Army WWII Veteran. He was married to Pearlene Flowers Sipes in 1994. They made their home in the Masseyville Community of Chester County.
He is survived by his wife Pearlene Garner of Bethel Springs; two step sons, Brad Sipes (Lee) of Jackson, MS and Tim Smith (Judy) of Troy, TN; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; two brothers, Will Garner (Lois) and Warren Garner (Bessie Faye) all of Finger and a sister, Ethel Hurst of Bethel Springs, TN.
