Carolyn Faye Hampton, 65, of Toone, died Thursday, December 8, 2005 in Williamson County.
She was a bookkeeper retired from Prentice Industry in Bells, Tenn. Ms. Hampton was born April 16, 1940 in Toone, daughter of the late Earl and Mary Aline Shields Howell and lived here most of her life. She was a member of People’s Chapel Church in Jackson.
Services were 1 pm Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Johnny Williams and Jerry Snider officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery near Toone.
She is survived by four sons, Randy Hampton of Toone, Greg Hampton of Bolivar, Bunny Hampton of Rover and Ken Hampton of Franklin; one sister, Martha McKinney of Memphis and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandchild.
