Henderson, TN: Linda Carol Hartman age 76 passed away June 3, 2021 at her home.
She was born November 3, 1944 in Walnut Ridge, AR and grew up in Swifton and Tuckerman, the daughter of the late Robert Henry and Imogene Pilcher Nicholson. She graduated from Tuckerman High School in 1962. She married John Hartman on March 28, 1970.
She was a member of the Pinson Church of Christ.
Mrs. Hartman is survived by her husband, John Elmer Hartman of Henderson; two sons, Wesley Hartman and wife Eliza of Cheyenne, WY and Carl Hartman and wife Sarah of Plainview, TX and a daughter, Lesa Curley and husband Ray of Sykesville, MD; grandchildren, Karyn Curley Peksa (Andy), Ray Curley, Jr. (Elizabeth), Andy Curley (Chelsea), Alex Anglin (Neil), James Hartman, John H. Hartman, Daniel Hartman and Sarah K. Hartman; great grandchildren, Emma Peksa, Adam Anglin, Lauren Anglin, A.J. Peksa and Charlotte Curley; a brother, Jimmy Henderson of Tuckerman and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Carl Hartman and Wesley Hartman officiating. Burial will be Monday in Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Saturday.
