Funeral services for Carnell Gallaher, age 82, of Waynesboro, TN will be on Saturday March 24, 2007 11:00 am Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN with Steve Martin officiating . Interment following in Gallaher Cemetery, Waynesboro with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 23 from 4:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday March 24 from 9:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood
Carnell Gallaher a native of Wayne County, TN died on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro. He was born on November 1, 1924 to the late Charles D. and Willie Brewer Gallaher. Mr. Gallaher was a truck driver; farmer ; served his country in the United States Army during World War II in which he received a purple heart a member of the Teamster Truck Driver Union and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors; daughter; Julia (Judy) Harder and husband; John of Ottawa Lake, Mich.
