CARL TALLEY
Was born in Savannah, Tennessee on January 1, 1926 the son of the late Lon and Ruth Russell Talley.
On December 12, 1946 he was united in marriage to the former Genelle Singleton, who survives.
Mr. Talley was the owner of a Tack and Feed Store and he also worked for Brown Shoe Company. He was a member of the Tennessee Walking Horse Association and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Mr. Talley departed this life on December 26, 2005 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 79 years, 11 months and 25 days.
Other than his wife, Genelle of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one daughter, Carlene Lake of Counce, Tennessee.
One grandchild, Carla Tennison of Counce, Tennessee and grand son-in-law, Kerry Tennison of Counce, Tennessee.
3 great-grandchildren, Katie Beth, Caroline and Claire
2 sisters, Anne Morrow and Grace Taylor, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
One brother, Frank Talley of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mr. Talley was also preceded in death by one daughter, Nell Talley and one brother, Larry Jack Talley.
