Carl Leon Stults

Carl Leon Stults, of Iron City, TN, peacefully passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 85 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. Leon was a member of Burns Chapel and the Masonic Lodge who enjoyed working, yard work and reading his Bible in his free time. 

Leon will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his wife of 66 years, Lena R. Stults Martin; Son, Carl Stults; Daughter, Debra Yocom (Allen); 2 Step Grandchildren, Blake Yocom, Hope Cody; 3 Step Great Grandchildren, Andy Cody, Alex Cody, and Gwenovere Yocom.

In the embrace of eternity, Leon joins his Parents, Crayton Stults and Lizzie Stults Roberson; Brothers, Charles Stults, Mitchell Stults.

The Visitation for Carl Leon Stults will be held at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 3 p.m. with Brothers Ed Burbanks and Greg Stults officiating.

Pallbearers will be Carl Stults, James Putnam, Steve Barkley, Don Hale, J.C. Daniels, and Rusty Phillips.

Interment will be at The Memorial Gardens of Wayne County in Collinwood, TN.
