CARL RICHARD SMITH
Was born in Counce, Tennessee on July 7, 1925 the son of the late Wilburn R. and Jewell Myrtle Miller Smith.
On August 22, 1952 he was united in marriage to the former Clara Thomason, who survives.
Mr. Smith was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service in Counce, Tennessee for 40 years. He was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ.
Mr. Smith departed this life on September 19, 2005 at the age of 80 years, 2 months and 12 days.
Other than his wife, Clara of Michie, Tennessee, he is survived by one daughter, Janell Cartwright and her husband Ronnie of Michie, Tennessee.
One grandson, Rodney Cartwright of Orlando, Florida.
And a host of cousins and many, many good friends.
