Mr. Camp passed away Saturday afternoon at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville.
A native of New Albany, Mississippi, he was born to the late Tom Wesley Camp and Tommie Lou Hill Camp. Mr. Camp worked at Ford Motor Company in Ohio and served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Japan during the Korean War. He lived in Saulsbury, and in Ohio for 10 years and Florida for several years and enjoyed traveling and fishing.
Survivors include a former wife, Betty Camp of Byhalia, MS; a daughter, Melanie Vanderboon of Byhalia, MS; three stepchildren, Rickey Stackhouse of Bartlett, Russell Stackhouse of Saulsbury, Rhonda Diez of Millington; a brother, Buford Camp; four grandchildren, Caleb Dunlap, Sissy Dunlap, Shelby Scott, Mark Scott; six step-grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
