Carl Herman Bauman

Carl Herman Bauman was born October 18, 1937 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, the son of the late Charles and Julia Bucher Bauman. He was united in marriage to Bette Jane Harding on August 15, 1958.Mr. Bauman was a carpenter, of the Catholic faith, and a veteran of the United States Army. He departed this life on Monday, May 19, 2009 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 7 Months, 1 Day.Mr. Bauman is survived by his wife, Bette Jane Harding Bauman of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Jennifer Bauman of Lawrenceburg, TN; sons, Robert Bauman of Queensland, Australia, Carl Bauman Jr. of Hellertown, PA, Ted Bauman and wife, Alisha of Humbolt, TN, Brian Bauman of Amarillo, TX; grandchildren, Carly Deighton, Molly Bauman, Mohala Anderson, Mariah Bauman, Hannah Bauman, Marley Dyess, and Logan Dyess; brothers, Russell Bauman of Pittstown, NJ, Charlie Bauman of Frenchtown, NJ; stepbrother, Edgar Pratt of CA; sisters, Maria Peterson of Frenchtown, NJ, Matilda Froat of Garwood, NJ, Diane Rush of Waverly, MO; mother-in-law, Ellen Harding of Waynesboro, TN; nieces and nephews.A graveside service with military rites will be held on Monday, May 25, 2009 at the Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Casey Jones officiating. His cremains will be buried with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.
