Funeral services for Carey Gene Cook age 53, of Collinwood, TN were conduced on Monday, March 5, 2007, 1:00 pm Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, TN with officiating. Interment followed in McCall Cemetery , Collinwood with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Carey Gene Cook a native of Lewis County, TN died on Saturday March 3, 2007 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro. He was born on February 28, 1954 to Mrs Thelma Mae Brewer Cook of Collinwood, TN and the late Malcolm Gene Cook.
Carey Gene was a member of Burns Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and served in the United States Air Force.
