Calvin Clifton Wilburn, age 64 of Middleton, died Sunday, November 2, 2008.He was born November 28, 1943 in Mt. Pleasant, Mississippi to the late James G. and Katie Edwards Wilburn. A graduate of Fayette County High School, he was a former resident of Moscow, Tennessee before moving to Hardeman County, where he lived for 33 years. He married Nona Kay Floyd November 26, 1975 and was a retired production worker on the trim line at Harmon Automotive in Bolivar, Tennessee. He served his nation in the United States Army and was a member of the Early Grove Methodist Church in Lamar, Mississippi.In addition to his wife, survivors include three sons, Chris Floyd and his wife Nina of Whiteville, Greg Wilburn and Jeremy Wilburn, both of Middleton; four sisters, Elizabeth Grunthoff of Moscow, Nancy Avent and her husband Edward of Moscow, Katie Avent and her husband Wayne of Hickory Valley and Mary Roberson and her husband Jimmie of Ashland, MS; two brothers, James Wilburn and his wife Margie of Ripley, MS and Joe Wilburn and his wife Joyce of Williston; two grandchildren, Madison Floyd and Elizabeth Floyd and nineteen nieces and nephews.
