Calvin Cook departed this life on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the age of 68 years, 6 months, and 18 days. He was born in Florence, Alabama, on September 20, 1952, the son of the late Cecil Earl and Ruth Easley Cook.

Calvin was a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ and attended Cornerstone Baptist Church. He loved to make a dollar, and enjoyed buying and selling, and going to auctions.

Calvin is survived by his fiancé, Elaine Ford; brother, Bobby Cook and his wife Kim; sister, Lesia Arnold; sister-in-law, Joyce Cook, all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchild, River Cook; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Calvin was preceded in death by his son, Charlie Cook; brother, Freddy Cook; and sisters, Freda Smith and Rhonda Cook.
