Mr. Bobby Ralph Jordan, age 72 of Bolivar, passed away Friday, October 14, 2016, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Bobby Ralph Jordan was born Tuesday, August 22, 1944, to the late James Thomas Jordan and Mary Lee Jenkins in Madison County, TN. On December 7, 1964, he was married to Betty Fish Jordan. Bobby was a self-employed mechanic and was a member of the Trinity Baptish Church. He enjoyed gardening, raising watermelons, fishing and spending time with his family. Bobby lived in McNairy County until he was seventeen when he moved to Hardeman County, where he resided for most of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Fish Jordan of Bolivar; three daughters, Joyce Hampton(Greg) of Hornsby, Patricia Ridley(Wade) of Whiteville, and Daisy German(Glenn) of Somerville; a sister, Nellie Burch of Charleston, SC; a brother, Junior Jordan of Toone; six grandchildren, Angel Bowden, Danielle Claunch, Rebecca Pittsley, Jordan Ridley, Joshua German, and Justin Ridley; two great-grandchildren, Mary Alice Pittsley and Jenna Grace Claunch.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas Jordan and Mary Lee Jenkins, and an older brother, Walter Lewis Jordan.
