Bobby Joe Oswalt, age 50, died unexpectedly and naturally at his Georgia home on December 8, 2011, which is devastating to all of us that loved him so. He leaves so many to cherish his memory; his parents, Jack and Louise Grimes Oswalt; sister, Renee' Connally; nephew, Cody Connally; sister Claudia Briley and husband, Tony; niece, Lauren Briley Robinson and husband, Cameron; great-niece Jayda Robinson; niece, Kara Briley Binkley, and husband, Chris, all in Nashville, TN; his dearly loved aunts, uncles, and cousins; the close friends since high school he considered brothers, Mike, Steve, and Tony, all of his friends, past and present, and those at Czarnowski that loved him so much that words can't express the sorrow they have for losing such a great friend and employee. Bob was blessed with great talents to be able to draw, create and build anything he or anyone else could imagine. Bob loved his career, playing golf, to be with his friends, family, and his animals, but most of all Bob had a gracious giving heart and would do anything for those he loved and even for those he hardly knew. Bob was born in Atlanta, GA, March 11, 1961 and has resided there most of his life. Bob graduated high school in 1979 from Greater Atlanta Christian School, attended David Lipscomb University, and graduated from Gwinnett Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Construction Management, first in his class. Bob was a Project Manager with Czarnowski in Atlanta, GA. Knowing Bob was knowing the love he had for his animals that had passed and those he had recently rescued. Our family wants to thank his friends that immediately thought about his animals and gave them a home. If you would like to make a donation in Bob's memory, please consider the Atlanta Humane Society at 981 Howell Mill Road, NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 or you can donate online. Bob's cremated remains will be laid to rest at Memorial Gardens of Wayne County in Waynesboro, TN followed by a private service.
