Bobby L. Inman

Bobby L. (Bob) Inman was born September 26, 1934 in Adamsville, Tennessee the son of the late Charlie Ovie and Medie Faye Taylor Inman.He was united in marriage to Robbie Mae Dearen on October 10, 1956. Mrs. Inman preceded him in death on June 23, 2006.Mr. Inman was a member of Selmer Moose Lodge for over 35 years; retired salesman from Holmes Brothers Car Sales after 20 plus years; after retirement he worked, not just worked there but to socialize, at the Amoco/BP in Selmer. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved people, the only stranger he ever knew was the one he had not met. Mr. Inman departed this life on May 30, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 8 Months, 4 Days. He is survived by two sons, Jimmy Inman and wife Cheryle of Selmer, TN, Danny Inman and friend, Geneva of Selmer, TN; two sisters, Reba Surratt of Purdy, TN, Shirley Grantham and friend, Roy Blaylock of Toone, TN; 3 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step Great Grandchildren.In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Inman was preceded in death by a brother, Billy McRay.
