BOBBY LEWIS (LEROY) FRANKSwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 24, 1957 the son of Birdie Marie Brown Franks and the late James Ray Franks.Mr. Franks was a painter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing basketball and playing guitar. Mr. Franks also enjoyed driving a golf cart. He was Pentecostal in belief.Mr. Franks departed this life on January 10, 2009 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 51 years, 3 months and 17 days.He is survived by his mother, Birdie Marie Franks of Savannah, Tennessee3 sisters, Helen Mitchell of Adamsville, Tennessee, Edie Hughes and Tammy Franks, both of Savannah, Tennessee3 brothers, Jerry Lee, Troy Glen and Cecil Franks, all of Savannah, Tennesseea host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephewsOther than his father, Mr. Franks was also preceded in death by one sister, Rachel Stricklin and one brother, E. J. Franks.
