Bobby Ray Daniel

Bobby Ray Daniel of Collinwood, TN was born May 21, 1934 in Cypress Inn, TN, the son of the late Harvey McKinley and Clara May Brewer Daniel. He was united in marriage to the former Nancy Ivadean Holt on October 1, 1955 and she preceded him in death on January 26, 2019.

Mr. Daniel was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing and was a member of the Butler Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Iron City, Tennessee. Hel departed this life on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 88 Years, 3 Months, 21 Days.

He is survived by sons, Michael Ray Daniel, wife, Sybil, Murfreesboro, TN and Edwin Jay Daniel, Collinwood, TN; daughters, Anita Darlene Martin, husband, Richard, Collinwood, TN and Sabrina Lynn Mauldon, husband, Chris, Cypress Inn, TN; grandchildren, Crystal Holt, Christopher Martin, Trentin Daniel, Ashley Daniel, Evan Daniel, Jace Daniel, Lexie Mauldon-Weaver and Alex Mauldon; great-grandchildren, Kurtlyn and Brody Holt, Kayden and Carolina Martin and Blakelyn and Jackson Daniel; step-grandchildren, Lucas Stanley and Sheena Moulder; step-great-grandchildren, Bryson, Cameron and Savannah Stanley and Adyson Chandavone and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Daniel was preceded in death by brothers, Willie, Donnie, Jeffie, Gene and Ronald Daniel and sisters, Ruby Thompson, Sara Frances Martin, Lina Butler and Shirley Wright.

Services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Brant Sanders and Everett Rich officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 1 pm to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Trentin Daniel, Chris Martin, Evan Daniel, Jace Daniel, Alex Mauldon and Brody Holt with Tanner Weaver as honorary pallbearer.
