He was born on May 14, 1939 in Wayne County, TN; to the late Guy Linsay and Mary Howe Bartley. Bobby was preceded in death by brothers; Floyd Bartley and Guy Bartley, Jr.; sisters; Neva Bartley Farmer and Jewell Dean Coppes, stepmother; Della Hickerson

Bobby was a maintenance worker with Dixie Handle Company.

His remains are being cremated.
