Bobby Joe Agee, Jr, 39, of Saulsbury, died Sunday, September 10, 2006 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The son of Shirley Jean Ware Agee of Saulsbury and the late Bobby Joe Agee, Sr., he was born July 27, 1967 in Memphis. Mr. Agee was a framing carpenter for Durrell Wilbanks Construction, had lived in Saulsbury for most of his life and spent a short time in Bartlett. He was Baptist in belief.
Services were 2 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2006 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Roger Wilbanks officiating. Burial was in Ramer Cemetery near Middleton.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three daughters, Bailey Price of Dover, Emily and Lily Jo Agee, both of Saulsbury; two sons, Bobby Mitchell Agee and his wife, Amy Nicole, and Jesse Shawn Agee, all of Middleton; two sisters, Carolyn Cruse of Pocahontas and Patricia McQueen of Middleton; six brothers, Ron Ivy and James Walls, both of Texas, Billy Joe Ivy of Saulsbury, Michael Ivy of Middleton, Monroe Agee of Iuka, Mississippi and Loren Agee of Saulsbury and two grandchildren, Destiny Cheyenne Manness of Stanton and Landon Skyler Mitchell Agee of Middleton.
