Bobbie Dean Baugus

Bobbie Dean Staggs Bauguswas born in Wayne County, Tennessee on June 8, 1935 the daughter of the late Cecil E. and Lizzie Ellen McDonald Staggs.On November 5, 1959 she was united in marriage to Jimmie Raymond Baugus, who preceded her in death on May 25, 1980.Mrs. Baugus was a homemaker and a member of the Cross Roads Union Church.Mrs. Baugus departed this life on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at the age of 74 years, 10 months, 17 days.She is survived by 3 daughters, Debra Davis Hubbard, Tina R. Melson, and Melessa G. Mitchell all of Savannah, Tennessee; a son, J. Shannon Baugus of Collinwood, Tennessee; a stepson, Jerry Baugus of Waynesboro, Tennessee; a stepdaughter, Gail Edwards of Waynesboro, Tennessee; 7 sisters, Dorothy (Sue) Potete of Savannah, Tennessee, Willene Orton of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Patricia Smith, Joan Skelton, Charlene Overton, Sharon Borden and Carol Ricketts all of Waynesboro, Tennessee; a brother, Jeff Staggs of Collinwood, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren, Jimmie Melson, Jeremiah Hubbard, Gary Davis, LaTonya Durham, Derick Mitchell, Hunter Baugus, Skyler Baugus, and Clay Baugus; 7 great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ettie Mae Slaton and a brother, Joe Staggs.
