Blanche Marie McKinney Rhodes

Blanche Marie McKinney Rhodes of Waynesboro, TN was born July 6, 1930 in Elk Park, NC, the daughter of the late Edward and Millie Hopson McKinney. She was united in marriage to Wesley Larkin Rhodes on January 24, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2014.

Mrs. Rhodes was a retired factory worker and a member of the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee. She departed this life on Thursday, July 8, 2022 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 92 Years, 2 Days.

She is survived by daughters, Linda Jones and husband, Gene of Waynesboro, TN and Kathy Rhodes; grandchildren, Robin Graves and Natalie Hodum, husband, John; great-grandchildren, Rachael Lard, husband, Buck, Daniel Graves, wife, Candria, Rebecca Daniel, husband, Justin, Blake Graves, wife, Shelby and Wesley Logan; great-great-grandchildren, Lexy, Jaxon, Kayla, Aubree, Caden, Addy Kate, Mayleigh, Kinsley, Lincoln and Larkyn.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Rhodes was preceded in death by brothers, Bill, T. J. and Ballard McKinney and sisters, Ethel Ollis, Faye Floyd, Mary Thomas and Martha Cook.

The family has scheduled a private service with Daniel Graves officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.

Memorial service will be Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, TN.
