Blanche N. Franks
was born in Maynardsville, Tennessee on March 16, 1921, the daughter of the late Brown L. and Nancy M. Coppock Norton. On June 15, 1946, she was united in marriage to Warren G. Franks.
Mrs. Franks was a homemaker and a retired Knox County teacher, having taught Home Economics for many years at Halls High School. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and a former member of Fountain City United Methodist Church and Halls United Methodist Church.
She departed this life on January 7, 2006 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 22 days.
Mrs. Franks is survived by her husband, Warren G. Franks of Savannah.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother.
